Scrum Maister team offers 8/5 support (8 hours per day - 09.00-17.00 CET Monday-Friday).
Support requests are registered via Scrum Maister support portal and are handled withint he reasonable amount of time, based on the severity of a given issue. Our goal is to reply within 1 day to all Critical issues, 2 days - High severity issues. 3 days - Medium and 5 days - Low priority requests.
